30-Day Manufacturer Default Guarantee for International Orders: For our valued international customers, we provide a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery for products with manufacturer defects. If you receive an item that exhibits a manufacturing flaw, please reach out to us within this period to initiate the return process. We will gladly offer a replacement for eligible items. It is important to note that the defect must be a result of a manufacturing error and not caused by improper use, accidental damage, or regular wear and tear.

Return Instructions: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team via email or phone within the respective guarantee period mentioned above. Please provide your order details, including the order number, item description, and a clear explanation of the manufacturing defect.

  2. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if necessary. Please do not send back any items without prior approval.

  3. Once you receive the return authorization, carefully package the item(s) in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other items originally included with the product.

  4. Ship the package back to us using a reliable shipping method with tracking information. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, except in cases where we have made an error or the item arrived damaged.
